A pre-game odd-object group workout.  Equipment includes a 560 lb. tire, 16 lb. sledgehammer, heavy sled and sandbag work, and even kettlebells and an anvil. Either as stand alone exercises or as part of a psychotic strongman medley right in the middle of my driveway.  Followed by a feast fit for kings.</description>

		<description>Interesting little game plan.  That might help me justify adding in some of those bad calories that might present themselves.  I will follow it up Monday morning by beating the time on the varsity workout!!  1min 3sec still best time.  I know I could beat it with crappy form but trying to stay to strict form.</description>
