Morning Hydration

December 10, 2008 on 10:25 am | In Workout Nutrition | No Comments

I noticed that I have’t posted an article on nutrition lately.  When I was in high school, all the water I drank came from the occassional passing of the drinking fountain or during practice.  Now I’m drinking a lot more and feeling much better.  Here is an article on getting that first drink in when you wake up: MORNING HYDRATION.

I’ll give you the summary:  since the longest period during the day (or at least it should be) without water is when you sleep.  Wake up, drink water, simple enough?  For more details give the article a look.
