40 Bulgarian Bag Exercises On Ross Training

=>Sorry I linked to the wrong post in the newsletter!  The Ross Training link is above.

Who says you need big dollar machines to get huge results?  No medicine ball?  Try just a plain old (free) car tire.  This is a circuit that I mentioned in a recent guest post over at Diesel Crew and Hulse Strength.

Many people have already emailed, stating that were going to try it out today.  Give it a shot and let me know how it goes in the comments!

I’ll call this “core training,” but you will be feeling it in your legs, hands, shoulders, and upper back!

  1. I love this little circuit, Joe! Not only is it FREE, but like you said will crush everything from your hands to your traps and not to mention is a pretty sweet energy system developer!

  3. Matt,

Nice, I made one a few weeks back and havent got a chance to post it (sand), but I like your rubber mulch idea. Cool training as well, I’ll pop it in the hot video sidebar section if you dont mind. Keep the good stuff coming.

  7. Looks like the best workout to do for anger management. ;D

I’m all for ghetto training. You can workout anywhere. No excuses. Today’s equipment just mimics the real objects warriors used to train with in the past. Nothing like the real thing.

  8. I love it too, it’s simple and effective!! Times are tough, I see more and more homemade equipment, this is beyond cheap, it’s free, that’s awesome! I vote you do it, how is this Ghetto and Sledge Hammer circuits not? They both Rock. If people give you crap for it and say it’s a touch Ghetto, Tell them to “buy the most expensive tire they can afford, then give it a shot, same results guaranteed”, lol!!

    Keep fighting the good fight!!

  9. Man this is what training is all about!! Nothing fancy, cheap and extremely effective! Honetstly, nothing beats that. Cheaper than a sledge, tornado ball, and a medicine ball….and to top it all off you have to fight the rebound effect. Easily one of the best core circuits i have come across. Great work as always.
