In my humble opinion, under the bar experience is what separates the standard big box gym trainers from the elite level trainers.
Now on to the Dirty Dozen. This is more a method than it is just one workout. I came up with this idea to make sure the workouts are short, flexible to your equipment, and adaptable to your needs.
These workout challenges will not only do that, they might just push you to all new limits! All fit into the category of “must do these workouts at least once in your life.”
Bar complexes have a variety of benefits a strength and conditioning program. If you are going to consider using bar complexes, understand your goals and where you are currently at in your training career.
