Camp Information
Synergy Athletics is committed to providing its athletes with elite
football skills training in a non-threatening, non-contact
environment at a low cost. Campers will learn proper football
fundamentals and techniques from our area's best professional
teachers and coaches while also being exposed to the latest
advancements in strength & conditioning training and nutrition.
Positional instruction will include learning correct techniques in
regard to stances, releases, blocking, pass receiving/throwing,
route running, pass rushing, and pass coverage. Our athletes will
also have the opportunity to measure their skills against the local
competition and compete for prizes in our 7-on-7 passing drill,
speed/agility tests, and football skills competition.

Synergy Athletics was founded in the Winter of 2007 in response
to a growing demand for advanced strength/conditioning and
football skills training in the Southern Tier.
