The New Crazy Lift Section!

December 1, 2008 on 11:38 am | In Strength Training, Unreal Strength Building | 1 Comment

It was suggested to me by a few readers that I should include a new section on the website for people to submit their crazy exercise ideas.  I enjoy hearing reader’s opinions and thoughts, so ask and you shall receive!  This is a good opportunity for the obssessed lifters to get credit for their crazy ideas!  It could be something totally new or just a variation of a well-known lift.  If we get some quality submissions, I will include a new tab and page for the lifts.

I’ll start us off with the hanging roller exercise, one of our videos many of you have seen.  It was the end of a workout and we wanted to shake it up and challenge ourselves!  We took our hanging pull-up bar, slipped a roller over it, and killed it!  Needless to say my forearms were sore for a few days.   I’ll post some in the next few weeks and hopefully the readers can take over from there!

“Crazy Lift” Reader submissions need to include:  Name, lift explanation, and photo or video (it must be of you performing your lift).  That’s it!  If you want your youtube video views bumped, here is your opportunity!

Let the games begin!
