I can do it with my right (without the cup), but not with my left.  I just hold a ball in the palm of my hand, if it rolls off I lose.  I don&#039;t want to be cleaning up water every time I do it!

you know the way fighters HATE to not be able to do something!

last one was a wall squat. . no one of them could do it. . now they all can. . they saw it as a competition who can do it better. . worked out for me. . 

ill get them on this one now. .
