  1. ahh haa i nearly fell over doing that . . good stuff man. . useful trick. . especially to make my fighters feel stupid! ;-)

you know the way fighters HATE to not be able to do something!

last one was a wall squat. . no one of them could do it. . now they all can. . they saw it as a competition who can do it better. . worked out for me. .

ill get them on this one now. .

    thanks man

  2. No problem, thanks for the response. Your fighters will probably be even more embarrassed when you tell them its called “Tea Cupping!”

I can do it with my right (without the cup), but not with my left. I just hold a ball in the palm of my hand, if it rolls off I lose. I don’t want to be cleaning up water every time I do it!

  5. Ha! I forgot all about that Jerrold. That will hurt the ego.

Shane, when you get in town, you will have to be our guests on some workouts!

  6. Hi Joe,

I just posted this one on my bog a couple of weeks ago and I will keep working with it. I’m sure I get some looks at the gym but that is nothing new. No one else is using homemade pinch-grip devices there either!
