Kettlebells are a quality training tool.  Here is a complex from Mike Hanley.  Since out kettlebell supply is limited, we substitute dumbbells as best as possible during a lot of our athlete complexes.  By adjusting the weight, rep, tempo, exercises, the complexes can be used from work capacity training to fat burning.
