The Dynamic Warm Up video that you voted for is getting shot later today in the gym!  Sorry for the delay, this is a crazy time of year. 

I do have some other huge things on the horizon to let you in on!

Finally, I receive 10-20 emails about this core training video nearly every week since I put it out.  People like it because it is incredibly cheap and effective. 

I like it because I get to throw things… (and the other strength training reasons from the original post)

However I would like to clarify one thing.  I get comments like “cool exercise,” but I want people to understand the desired training effect.  In other words, don’t perform exercises just because they are cool, but because they do something to help you reach your goals!

The swing is great training, but the rebounding effective is what makes this exercises unique.   The tire crushes if you strike the tree hard enough and acts like a spring to reverse the motion violently.  The bracing of the torso and arms yields a result much different than an exercise like rotational med ball slams.
