Two weeks ago I gave Elliott Hulse a call and asked him to share a little bit of knowledge with the Synergy Readers.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been hearing the buzz about his Lean Hybrid Muscle Program that is about to be released and I wanted to see what the deal is. 

Elliott sent over the entire LHM program and bonuses that I’ve been reading it this week.  More on that later…

More importantly, he hooked us up with that quality bonus video.  You can tell when he starts on a roll there is no stopping him!

When all the dust and debate settles about strength training programs, tools of the trade, or anything else, it does come down to the basic level of motivation. 

I could give you the fastest car in the world, but if you want to drive slow then that’s all you will do. 

Same goes for strength training.  

You may have the PERFECT program to meet your goals, but if don’t feel like slapping on 5 more lbs or getting that extra rep, it just ain’t going to happen.
