Elliott Hulse on Lower Back Issues

As you can see, the theme this week is injury and pain prevention/rehabilitation.  Elliott Hulse was kind of enough to respond to the last post with a video link of his own that I had not seen before.  It is very helpful in explaining some solutions to lumbar and hip issues.  Thanks for saving me some time and video taping Elliott!
