DIY Bulgarian Sandbag

May 21, 2009 on 11:42 am | In Strength Training | 3 Comments

Matt posted this up in the comment section of the Chop Circuit post from a few days ago.

It is a quality video and an effective training tool.  I like to use my homemade Bulgarian sandbag primarily for shoulder mobility and core work.  The sandbag doesn’t take up much space, and can be made easily!

Check out Matt’s video for instructions and training.
