Anterior Chain Training

January 23, 2009 on 11:11 pm | In Strength Training | No Comments

I own a few different Parisi Training products.  They truly know their speed training.  Martin Rooney has branched out form Parisi and has started Training for Warriors.  His primary focus is fighters, however the training can be beneficial to all athletes, especially those in contact sports.

Most people are familar with the important of developing the posterior chain for speed, but check out Martin’s discussion and exercises for the anterior chain.  At Synergy Athletics we use the sprinter sit-ups and I personally like them.  Take a view!
