I was browsing through my computer this morning thinking about what today’s post should be about and I started flipping through my hundreds of pictures I’ve compiled throughout the last year. I know when I’m looking through other training sites, I enjoy looking at what their athletes are going. So, every once and awhile I’ll flip through the archives and post up a few pictures.

What’s a gym without some Arnold Posters? Also, Lombardi’s “What it Takes to Be #1,” a personal favorite and the whiteboard where I write upper body and lower body warm-ups for the athletes.
