I have strectched all my life and have had a ton of injuries. I quit stretching a few months ago and all of my nagging injuries went away. I also switched to mobility drills 3 days a week after workout days. I only do one work set per exercise because if I do more I get injured or strained. And finaly I do a body weight circuit of push ups, rows and squats for condtioning and getting blood into my joints and tendons.
